For international flights, plan to arrive at Las Palmas International Airport at least 2 hours before your flight. For national or local flights, check-in may require less time. Typical driving time to the airport ranges from 25 to 45 minutes, so we recommend scheduling your pick-up for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes before your flights departs.
Select Car Type: We offer only private transfers, meaning your selected vehicle is reserved exclusively for your party and the driver. Choose a vehicle size based on the number of passengers and luggage. Generally, each passenger is allowed one standard suitcase and one carry-on item. If you have bulky luggage, please list each item separately and count each bulky item as an additional passenger to ensure sufficient vehicle capacity (e.g., 3 adults with 3 bicycles would require a minibus for 6 passengers). Per local regulations, luggage cannot be stored on seats. Dogs must travel in crates unless they are small lap dogs.
Pick-Up Location: We accept all accessible locations on Gran Canaria as pick-up points. Please first try to find your hotel in the searchable list. If it’s not listed, select the nearest location (e.g., Las Palmas City) and enter the full address in the following field. We review all location details upon receiving your booking and will notify you if any changes are necessary.
Lead Passenger and Group Details: For groups of more than 7 passengers, we require the full name, email, and mobile number of at least one lead passenger. For groups of 6 or fewer, all passengers’ full names are required to create a statutory passenger list. This information is used only during booking and the transfer itself, and it will not be shared with any third parties or used for any other purpose.
Bulky Luggage: Most bulky items will require a van or minibus. Refer to Section 2 for guidelines on selecting the appropriate vehicle for your needs.
Additional Details: Use the final field to add any special requests or details, then submit your booking.
If all details are correct, you will see a confirmation page with the message, “Thank you, we have received your transfer request!” An email containing your booking details will also be sent to you. Please review it and reply with “Transfer OK” or inform us of any changes. A final booking confirmation will follow. Booking requests made after 8 p.m. may not be processed until the following day.
