Upon booking, your driver will be waiting for you at a designated meeting point, specified in your booking confirmation. Here’s how it works:

Arrival Transfers:

Your driver will greet you in the arrivals hall, holding a nameboard with the name of the lead passenger or a custom term, such as a company or group name, if requested. Please provide your flight number so your driver can track your arrival gate and adjust for any delays. Guests from international flights will arrive in the International Arrival Hall, our driver will wait near the Groundforce Counter No 6. Id you arrive with a domestic flight the driver will wait in front of the exit of the baggage hall.

Departure Transfers:

For your return journey, your driver will meet you at the main entrance or reception of your hotel, or another convenient meeting point. The driver will drop you off at the departures gate. Kindly indicate whether your flight is regional (to another Canary Island), domestic (within mainland Spain), or international, so we can guide you accurately.

Cruise Port Transfers:

For cruise transfers, your driver will meet you at the "Private Transfers" area near your ship, adjacent to the baggage area.
